Study on the effective way to convert waste into resources—game analysis of reverse logistics implementation based on value chain

The environmental problems caused by excessive waste discharge are becoming more and prominent, how to deal with has become a problem that be done but is extremely costly. On the other hand, from value chain perspective, been focused on because of its potential for conversion. Reverse logistics an important means turning into resources, solving promoting high-quality development, as well reliance enriching improving system further exploiting products. However, implementation reverse long-term, complex dynamic process. Many factors need considered stakeholders when making decisions. With help evolutionary game approach, this paper establishes model based relationship between government, enterprises (manufacturing enterprises) companies, conducts simulation analysis provide references three parties implement or participate in logistics. results study show that: 1) total amount affects direction enterprises’ decision choices, while conversion rate significant impact trajectory (speed) choices. 2) When government’s regulation punishment greater, can choose outsourcing transfer risk. 3) Logistics companies give certain discounts attract cooperate them, have different degrees negative normal operation both companies.
